2000: Whiteout is nominated for multiple Eisner Awards.
2001: Whiteout Volume 1 trade paperback published.
2007: At PAX 2007, Greg Rucka tell us that the Whiteout movie “[is] gonna look real pretty.”

LOVE the premise. And like Kate Beckinsale so much more for this role than Reese Witherspoon (whom I can never shake free from Legally Blonde). Beckinsale just seems like a much darker character, something this movie seems it'll need.
