Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later… Firefly filk<\/a>. Someone’s taken the theme song from the TV show<\/a>, used it as a chorus, and written verses around it to produce “Mal’s Song.”<\/a> Now, maybe it’s just me, but that character really doesn’t seem like the folk-singing type–<\/p>\n

–I’d rather hear “Jayne<\/a>‘s Song,” since we actually see him sitting at a campfire and strumming a guitar in one scene from the upcoming movie. And we’ve already seen him singing in “Jaynestown.”<\/a> Wouldn’t that be more entertaining than some loser whining about how The Man is out to get him? Yawn.<\/p>\n
