Unfortunately, he doesn&#8217;t do himself any favors by repeatedly calling himself a &#8220;heretic,&#8221; which makes it sound like he&#8217;s looking to be a martyr.<\/p>\n<p>With apologies to Sir Donald Wolfit:  Dying is easy.
