It wildly misrepresents&#8211;or, at best, cherry-picks&#8211;the experience of being a bestselling novelist or a New York City detective.  But damn that <a href=\"http:\/\/io9.com\/5029327\/dr-horribles-singalong-panel-at-comic+con\">smarmy motherfucker<\/a> Nathan Fillion.  He&#8217;s just so entertaining to watch.<\/p>\n<p>Also, as <span style=\"font-style:italic;\">Leverage<\/span> showrunner <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/jonrog1\">John Rogers<\/a> notes, the <a href=\"http:\/\/kfmonkey.blogspot.com\/2009\/04\/ephemera-2009-8-mostly-tv-edition.html\">techie clues<\/a> have been real smart so far.  I still don&#8217;t buy Stana Katic as murder police, but I&#8217;m giving her Kate Beckett character the benefit of the doubt for now.  Maybe the writers will come up with an interesting and <span style=\"font-style:italic;\">plausible<\/span> backstory for her.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth episode was the one that really sold me.  Lots of nice little moments, including the uniform searching the dumpster, Castle and his daughter cutting onions, and the closing scene in the bookstore. Like <a href=\"http:\/\/popwatch.ew.com\/popwatch\/2009\/03\/castle-nathan-2.html\">everyone else<\/a>, I really enjoy the father-daughter scenes with Nathan and Molly.
